Why was my credit card payment declined?
Your credit card payment may be declined for the following reasons:
- The Billing Name and Address fields entered during Marketworks Checkout do not exactly match that of your credit card statement.
- The Card Number, Expiration Date, and/or CVV# was entered incorrectly.
- Your card is not working due to the balance or credit line.
For every time a charge attempt is made and declined, it will show as a pending transaction on your credit card's account. Normally after 3 or 4 business days, the pending transactions will disappear from your account. This is a function of your bank, not us, as we are only paid once if your order goes through.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All NY residents will have to pay sales tax. If the billing address is located outside of NY, but is still being shipped within NY, taxes will also be applied.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
Charges will appear on your credit card statement as Fullstop Brake , Inc.
Shipping and Delivery Time
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Once an order ships from our facility, it can take anywhere between 1 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on your location from NY. For all Canadian residents, it will take approximately 7 business days for the shipment to arrive!
The above times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be exceeded depending on the delivery time taken by the carrier used.

OCAUTOSPORTS rotors are covered by 1 Year warranty against warping and cracking . The warranty goes into effect the day the product arrives at buyer’s destination. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs involved. Replacement parts will not be shipped out until the original parts have been returned to our company for inspection.

How do I return a product?

sales@ocautosports.com to obtain a #RA (Return Authorization) Number. This will ensure that we are able to process your return promptly. If normally takes 7 to 10 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
What is OCAUTOSPORTS' Return Policy?
OCAUTOSRPOTS does not accept returns on used items, custom-made products or items shipped via truck freight.
If the item is defective and within 1 year of the purchase, please see our “Defective Items” policy.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or OCAUTOSPORTS error must be made within 30 days of the purchase. The items must be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product.” OCAUTOSPORTS will not return or cover the shipping costs.
All items returned require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email sales@ocautosports.com with your order number. State the reason for the exchange and the best number to reached. Also, attach any images as necessary. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#.
Shipments without a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be charged a 15% restocking fee. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or in the case of an error on our part.
OCAUTOSPORTS will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. Nor will OCAUTOSPORTS reimburse for any damages incurred during installation or use of product. If the above conditions are met, the original credit card or PayPal account used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs and restocking fees. We'll send an email confirming receipt of your return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.
I purchased the wrong product.
As long as the product is in 100% resale condition and is in its original packaging, you may return it to the address below, and we will gladly exchange it for you for a product of equal or lesser value. If it is not in resale condition, it will be discarded and then cancelled.
